MiGrowth are pleased to be back working with this Global Vendor of interactive technology into the education sector.

Together we are looking for a Business Development Manager is responsible for the development of sales for my clients software in the Education industry. This new business development role, primarily focusing on UK and then Germany and France.

What you will be doing

• Selective targeting of Education End Users (e.g. schools, colleges and universities), instituting new programmes, and improving communication between my client and the targeted clients.
• Monitor competitor and market activity to provide sales positioning arguments, value propositions, objection handling, and competitive positioning.
• Work with Marketing on campaigns to increase awareness of the market and to support end users directly.
• Attend trade shows, conduct seminars, and participate in sales/promotional events.
• Conduct product training and demonstration activities for Education End Users.
• Visit customers on a regular basis to provide the correct levels of direct customer contact
• Maintain the quality and image of the company by providing a level of service and support that ensures total customer satisfaction.
• Provide both sales and product training to schools or universities as required.


Who we are looking for
• At least 5 years sales experience in education software industry. Proven industry experience and evidence of establishing and developing trusted client relationships.
• SAAS sales experience would be advantage.
• Excellent organisational skills, ability to manage multiple projects at same time, any formal project management experience is an advantage.
• Hands-on mentality and strong ability to set priorities and follow through
• Being a team player within the teams beyond the individual's needs.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills
