The core focus of the role will be to provide a first-class service to my clients team and external customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who is currently working for a IT / Audio Visual Reseller or IT Distributors that wants a career path with in a Global Vendor

What you will be doing

You will work very closely alongside the sales and finance teams to ensure the smooth running of our B2B financial support.

Liaising with various senior colleagues and other departments, you will be responsible for looking after my clients sales allowance programmes and provide regular contact with customers in order to report clear and concise information to the sales and finance teams.

• Co-ordinate with the European sales for the accrual and write-off of various types of promotional support budgets (Sales Allowance) which could include the following and more:

• Assist and Support Sales in order to Manage & Control the Sales Allowance within the European territory

• Price Protection/ Promotional Rebate/ Quarterly Rebates etc.

• Be the first point of contact for Management and our Business Partners for all Sales Allowance (SA) matters.

• Liaise with Sales on a weekly and monthly basis to update their sales promotion allowance.

• Support the European Sales team with issues related to the internal approval as well as the budget claim cycle of their promotions.

• Be the first point of contact for our business partners concerning their claims, and deal with any queries and discrepancies if needed.

• Work closely with the Finance team and solve any issues related to the Sales Allowance process to ensure that Credit Notes are issued in a timely manner.

• Liaise closely with the Credit Control team in London to identify credit issues to ensure fast payment from our Business Partners.

• Manage the Sales Allowance Creation Process and Flow for various Sales Regions.

• Log new Promotion Pricing requests into internal system.

• Liaise with Logistics in order to update the quantity and status of public tenders and projects.

• Manage the Sales Allowance Tool.

• Assist with setting up new products, prices, as well new employees in our online based tool.

• Set up delegations and access rights.

• Ensure that all promotions are approved within the right accounting period

• Help IT troubleshoot any issues with the Sales Allowance online tool to ensure its smooth running.


• At least 2 years’ experience in sales or finance support role.

• Fluent/native English.

• Fluent in any other European languages or Mandarin Chinese is advantageous but not necessary.

• Knowledge of Amazon, Oracle or CRM system is desirable.

• Advanced Excel.
