MiGrowth are proud to be working with a global manufacturer of Laptops and Technology Products.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager, with exceptional leadership qualities to join my clients management team.
This role involves the development and management of the Display and Networking Component sales team covering Retail/SI/E-tailer channels.
What you will be doing
· Create and implement quarterly/annual strategic sales and marketing plans by both unit and profit standards, and examine the trends and outcomes that emerge from these implementations.
· Consolidate efforts and synchronize consensus among multi-departments (sales, product management and marketing).
· Develop an operating budget and create sales goals by predicting appropriate sales figures for various areas and groupings, and predict sales figures for both potential products and existing products.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through negotiating quarterly/yearly plans and close agreements to maximize profits / volume / value.
· Collaborate with product management teams to identify and grow opportunities within the sales team. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
· Responsibility for the management and development of the OP Component sales team, through motivation, leadership and effective communication via proposals and presentations, ensuring team members hit quarterly targets and deliver the vision and values of ASUS.
· Manage some of the top tier accounts within the team to achieve quarterly targets.
Requirements
· 5+ years of experience in IT Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain Management or Account Management.
· Team management experience with exceptional leadership qualities.
· Budget management and setting sales targets.
· Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments (sales, product management, marketing).
· Possesses a passion for gaming and technology and is proactive in staying current on the latest products to market.
· Proficient in MS office.
· Experience and technical knowledge of the PC Gaming or PC Hardware market preferred.
· Well organised, process driven with ability to multitask fast and efficiently.
