MiGrowth are excited to be working with this award-winning and customer focused UC Communications business to find a Senior Business Development Manager, my clients sweet spot is Legal , Finance, Manufacturing
We are looking for a total hunter, no farmers You’ll need to have an excellent and demonstrable knowledge of Unified Communications (Voice, Video, Cloud), Data Services, Network security, Mobiles, and associated technologies.
What you will be doing
· You will be a senior member of the new business sales team and you will be responsible for generating new customers.
· You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from lead identification through to closing.
· Generate your own leads and appointments through telemarketing, email, social and networking channels.
· Learn and constantly develop your understanding of their technology portfolio.
· Demonstrate a customer first approach to every engagement with each prospect.
· Consistently deliver against business targets including GP, Connection Revenue, new customers and meetings attended.
· Present solutions to customers when attending appointments.
· Work closely with operations and delivery teams when new solutions are being implemented to ensure a good customer experience.
· Effective handover of new customers to account management.
· Full use of the CRM for pipeline management.
· This will be a home-based role with occasional travel to head office.
Requirements
· Demonstrable track record of success within a new business sales role within IT or Telecoms, Unified Communications & Collaboration, Contact Centre, Voice, Video, Conferencing, Mobile and Messaging services.
·Experience selling into SME clients would be advantageous. 100+users.
· Comfortable managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Customer focused sales approach.
