Our client is a well-established end-to-end IT Solutions Provider, with an enviable reputation within the marketplace, we have continually provided clients with a service based on excellence through consultancy and technology solutions.

What you will be doing

The recruiting business' end user clients have various IT needs and they support them by providing Hardware such as servers, laptops, and desktops as well as services such as IT support, consultancy, and backup/security solutions. As well as a host of other services to ensure their IT estate is running and supported. in a nutshell, we are the glue that provides the solutions. As an IT Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing customers, working alongside the relevant Microsoft Account teams to establish and develop additional opportunities through your own activity. In this role, you will promote and sell Microsoft cloud-based services (365/Azure) and products offered by the company. The key to the success of this role will be to create long term close relationships with the company’s client base.


Client retention is highly important for our client, therefore it would be preferable for Account Managers to bring client relationships to their new role, in order to demonstrate their account management capability. In addition, the ability to demonstrate a minimum of £20k GP per month is required for Account Managers to be successful.

You do not need any specific product knowledge, but experience selling a wide range of IT products, not just hard ware desirable. Specifically cyber/cloud Security Managed services and a range of infrastructure products in to the SMB space 250+ users.
