How much does MiAssessment cost?
MiAssessment is free to all of our partners and comes as part of our standard recruitment offering. However, MiAssessment can also be purchased by direct recruiters, therefore, if this is your requirment please contact us for further information.
What roles is MiAssessment suitable for?
Put simply, MiAssessment can be utilised for any role, whether it be entry-level, or a senior position.
How long does it take to create the MiAssessment platform for the available role within my business?
Within our team we have a dedicated developer who can create your bespoke MiAssessment build, and have it ready to accept candidates within the same working week.
Will using MiAssessment make the recruitment process longer?
No. MiAsssessment is a 30 minute online candidate assessment and is completed during the sourcing stage of the recruitment process, prior to any CV’s being forwarded to the client. Not only does MiAssessment provide relevant hiring data, it also acts as a great commitment test for potential candidates.
In addition to MiAssessment recommendations, will we also benefit from your recruitment expertise?

Can the MiAssessment platform be utilised to recruit more than one role at a time?
After utilising MiAssessment will we still need to interview candidates, or can a decision be made purely based on the scores within the MiAssessment report?
MiAssessment is not a psychometric test and final decisions shouldn’t be made solely on the scores within the MiAssessment reports. MiAssessment is a pre-assessment tool and should be combined with other assessment methods to help make a final hiring decision.
What happens if we hire a candidate based on the MiAssessment report score and they leave within 1 month of employment for reasons beyond our control?
We understand that there can be various reasons why people leave a business. We offer a rebate scheme in case this happens, or can replace a candidate for free depending on what is agreed at the start of the recruitment process.
Can MiAssessment be utilised to assess my current employees?
Yes, most definitely.
